2024 The Daily News Readers’ Choice Contest Rules

 

HOW TO ENTER: Complete the Daily News Readers’ Choice 2024 online ballot at dailynews.readerschoice.la/vote.

To be eligible to participate you must:

• Cast your vote between March 29, 2024 and April 28, 2024
• Complete the online registration form at the end of the ballot on dailynews.readerschoice.la/vote
• Cast a minimum of 5 votes in 5 different categories
• Submit only one online ballot per day per voting period

People who share a computer will be able to vote as long as each uses a separate login. Online ballots must be submitted between March 29, 2024 and April 28, 2024

ELIGIBILITY: Voting is open only to legal US residents, who are physically located in and residing therein, and who are 18 years of age or older as of the start date of the contest period. Employees of the Daily News, its affiliates, retailers, subsidiaries, partners, advertising or promotion agencies, any agents acting for or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, licensees, or members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter this contest. Daily News, and all herein mentioned affiliates, shall not be responsible for any damages compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise with respect to or in any way arising from this contest.

Except as noted in these rules, information collected from the contest entries, whether mail-in, online or otherwise, is strictly used only for the purpose of verifying contest participants and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Promotion Entities or any third parties unless entrant has elected to receive additional information and promotional material.

DISCLAIMER: The Readers’ Choice Awards is not a scientific survey. Results do not reflect the opinion and/or views of Daily News employees or affiliates. One entry per online user per day– duplicate entries will be omitted. Only official ballots will be accepted. All entries must be received no later than April 28, 2024 11:59 pm PST. No purchase is necessary. Daily News will not enter into a written or oral discussion regarding the contest, and all entries become the property of South California News Group. Daily News reserves the right to publish the results of the reader survey, delete questions, or restructure, and to refuse questionable or duplicate entries.
