Glendale Adventist Medical Center Therapy & Wellness Center – The Glendale Adventist Therapy & Wellness Center provides a number of outpatient services. The Center offers physical therapy services, sports medicine programs and a number of wellness classes. Services include physical therapy to treat orthopedic conditions, spine, work and athletic injuries. Wellness programs include massage therapy, fitness classes, personal training, senior exercise, cancer survivor dance and exercise classes and much more.
The staff is made up of licensed physical therapists, with advanced certifications and specialties, including hand therapists, certified orthopedic specialists, certified sports therapists, and strengthening and conditioning specialists. Additional staff include certified athletic trainers.

The 10,000 square-foot Glendale Adventist Therapy & Wellness Center is located at 2560 Colorado Boulevard, Eagle Rock, CA 90041. Open Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
