Even in the wake of the coronavirus, Facey’s Immediate Care clinics in Valencia and Mission Hills have continued to serve patients 7 days a week, 365 days a year. All clinics now offer both virtual and in-person appointments. Most education programs and support groups are now available online and some classes are also available for on-demand viewing.
Facey Medical Group’s affiliation with Providence has grown stronger as a result of everyone working together to keep patients healthy under new and unusual circumstances. Scheduling appointments, paying bills and checking in for your visit has never been easier thanks to Facey and Providence’s patient portal, MyChart. Patients have noticed, too. For the second year in a row, Facey was among the state’s top-rated physician groups in California’s annual patient survey conducted by the Integrated Healthcare Association.
