Villa Scalabrini Retirement Center is located in the foothills of the Verdugo Mountains in the San Fernando Valley. Opened in Sun Valley since 1979, the 103 room community is capable of accommodating up to 111 ambulatory residents in single and some double occupancy rooms.

Among the special features of Villa Scalabrini are a beautiful chapel for daily Mass, an elegant dining room, library, arts and crafts room, exercise room, physician’s room, beauty parlor, a large outdoors area and a newly completed meditation garden.

Villa Scalabrini also houses a skilled nursing unit, equipped with 58 beds for short and long term nursing care. The newest addition to Villa Scalabrini is La Piazza, 20 beautiful residences for active seniors age 55+.
