Little Shepherd’s Learning Center opened in 1993 as a service to the families and children in the community. People of every race, color, national origin and religion are welcome! Parent involvement is welcomed and encouraged. We equip parents to become involved in every aspect of their child’s development by providing developmental assessments once a year, monthly newsletters, parent resources, and open parent/ teacher communication. We provide opportunities for family fellowship throughout the year.

We provide a loving, nurturing, well-trained staff with very low teacher to child ratios to shepherd young hearts and minds. The teachers facilitate an excellent developmentally appropriate curriculum in a clean and safe environment. We develop the student’s cognitive abilities through learning centers, hands on experiences, and a unique music and movement program. The children’s fine and gross motor skills are developed through a variety of indoor and outdoor activities. We develop the children’s social and emotional abilities by offering them choices within structured daily routines in small group settings. We teach our children that God loves them through daily prayer, bible stories and chapel. Our Infant/Toddler curriculum meets the needs of the individual child with “on demand” schedules and primary care giving. The playground is newly renovated.
